Bookshelf Journal Skin

Here's my Bookshelf CSS, updated and changed a little bit... and turned into a skin. See it in action at #EditorialSquad, though I continue to play with it there. Feel free to ask me questions if you have any problems.

This skin does not show the Mood list, ie. "listening to", "watching", etc. The next edition will.
The footer is touchy. When you change the quote, hit "Preview" and make sure it looks right.

Rules:
Do not remove the credits to me.
If you play around with the CSS, leave my name on it, even if you alter the wording to cite yourself as well.
You may not resubmit this as your own work.
